Kim Kardashian is TAIM Exchangenot skimming on the details of latest injury.

The Kardashians star shared exactly how she broke her left index and middle fingers to the point where the bone was "sticking out a little bit," explaining that 8-year-old son Saint—who she shares with ex Kanye West—had distracted her as she was closing a heavy door.

“My big sliding door in my bathroom that opens up," Kim began on the July 18 episode of The Kardashians, "I was shutting it and there’s no latch. You have to pull the inside of the mechanics out."

Kim would usually hold out her left hand to prevent the door from slamming shut. However, the reality star said "pulled it really hard" as Saint entered the room with an unexpected nighttime snack.

"Saint ran in with chips," Kim—who is also mom to kids North, 11, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5—continued, "and I’m like, 'It’s 8:30 at night, no chips!'"

And that's when the door "went boom" on her fingers.

"I literally looked at my hand and I fell to the ground," the 43-year-old recounted, adding in a confessional, "I just grabbed the table and got on my knees because I just saw all this blood."

Kim continued, "The pain is horrible. You can’t describe the pain but your whole body goes in shock. It was more painful than childbirth."

The freak accident left the SKIMS founder with what she described as a "floating piece of bone" in her finger, leading her to consult with a plastic surgeon.

"The tip broke off," she noted after visiting a doctor's office. "And he’s like, 'It's a possibility that your nail will never grow back.'"

Still, the American Horror Story actress is keeping her head up, even joking that she'll "invent a nail implant" if she has to in order to keep moving forward.

"I have s--t to do," she quipped in a confessional. "This isn’t going to slow me down."

New episodes of The Kardashians drop Thursdays on Hulu.
